There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff were exceptional and made me feel like a VIP with attentive and personalized service. The delicious breakfast served on a charming outdoor deck with breathtaking views was a great start to my day. Additionally, the hotel facilities, including the infinity pool that overlooked the natural environment and Menjangan Island, were clean and well-maintained.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly throughout our stay. The location was ideal, tucked away in a serene and quiet area, making for a peaceful retreat. We also appreciated the comfortable and clean rooms.

the beaches were not suitable for swimming which was a letdown. The long drive to the hotel from the main road was also a hassle, making it a disadvantage for business travelers on a tight schedule.

We had a fantastic time at Plataran Menjangan Resort and Spa. the food was excellent, with special dishes prepared to accommodate dietary restrictions. the resort provided a car from the airport and a shuttle for local sightseeing. the accommodation was beautiful and kept impeccably clean. We loved learning about Balinese culture and enjoying activities such as snorkelling and mountain biking. the resort's commitment to ecology was evident in their tree-planting program and breeding of endangered species. We highly recommend this resort to couples and families seeking a retreat in a stunning location.

The resort provided a secluded, calm hideaway perfect for a relaxing retreat. It offered stunning views of the ocean and mangroves, and a chance to see various animals like deers and birds roaming around freely. the hotel had stylish villas with private plunge pools, excellent food, and friendly staff, making it an unforgettable experience.

Our stay at Plataran was incredible! We definitely got great value for our money. The room was beautiful, surrounded by mangroves and with clear water views. The location inside the national park was breathtaking, and we even got to see wild deer passing by our room. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for, especially Ariani, Kamar, Dharma, Ade. Their attention to detail and personalized service was simply outstanding. From setting up afternoon tea in a tree house to remembering our preferences for bug repellant and spicy food, they truly made us feel like family. We appreciated the little touches like cookies for turn-down and high-quality bug repellant cream. The hotel also offered a range of free activities, and the chef even came to our table after dinner to ask about the food. We loved everything about our stay and highly recommend it.

The morning meal could be improved. While everything else at Plataran was exceptional, the breakfast menu was rather limited and the taste was just average.

We had an incredible Thanksgiving vacation in Banyuwedang, with stunning ocean views and wonderful service. the location of the hotel, nestled in the forest, provided a quiet and peaceful escape from the crowded beaches. the staff was attentive and accommodating, offering a shuttle to nearby sights and delicious meals from the hotel's restaurant. We also enjoyed the on-site spa services and the opportunity to explore the natural beauty of the area on hikes. a fantastic getaway!

the Halal food in the restaurant didn't meet my expectations, and I felt that there was a lack of variety in the in-room breakfast.
